It does not process or store protected health information (PHI). For HIPAA-covered workflows, consult your compliance advisor before implementation.
Not natively. BYOKChat doesn't connect to scheduling systems like Calendly, Jane App, or EHR platforms. It can capture a patient's name and email and direct them to your booking page. Native scheduling integration would require a webhook to your booking system.
